As a loyal customer of Amazon, I have been using Prime Video for quite some time now. At first, I was drawn to its vast selection of movies and TV shows, as well as the convenience of having it included in my Prime membership. As someone who enjoys watching multiple shows and movies on different platforms, I found that paying for each individual streaming service was more cost-effective than continuing to pay for Prime Video.
Secondly, the content. While Prime Video does have a large selection of titles, I often found myself scrolling through pages and pages of options without finding anything that truly interested me. This led me to explore other streaming services and discover new shows and movies that I would not have otherwise come across.
Moreover, another reason why cancelling Prime Video became necessary for me was the user experience. The layout and navigation of the app were not as user-friendly as some other streaming platforms I have used.
